Sport and Performance Psychology Services
My counseling and coaching specializes in adults and adolescents who desire to become mentally fit, and achieve peak performance in sports, drama, school, or work – through advance mental training. Using studies, empirical evidence, client cases and my own personal competitive experiences, it is demonstrated repeatedly that mental training is the advantage or edge which enables people to achieve their full potential and find more satisfaction in life.
